The Public Works Committee recommended approval of a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute an intergovernmental agreement with the O'Fallon Township Road District to resurface Bowler Road from north of O'Fallon Troy Road to Hari Road.

Staff explained the map-based jurisdictional split—township versus city jurisdiction—along Bowler Road and said the township planned to overlay its portion and asked whether the city wanted to participate to continue that resurfacing to the reconstructed section near O'Fallon Troy Road. Staff recommended approval of the IGA.

The committee recorded affirmative roll call votes and will present the IGA to the full City Council for final action.
