Brock said community members raised funds to dedicate a dog training facility in her honor and that local supporters had committed to signage funding for the renaming.
Representative Brock moved to report House Bill 4,100 with recommendation. The clerk's roll call recorded 15 yes, 0 no, 0 pass; the motion prevailed and the bill was reported with recommendation.
