He said Westview Elementary’s grand reopening ribbon-cutting and tour are planned for Aug. 6, contingent on construction completion.
Board members asked if local legislators and officials would be invited to the Westview ribbon-cutting; Mannarino said they were on the invitation list and the district planned to recognize nearby residents who experienced construction disruptions.
Mannarino also reviewed transitions for fifth graders visiting the middle school, senior events, and the senior commencement scheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday, May 30.
