Beer board approves revised special-event permit form tied to ordinance changes

A board member moved approval. The board approved the form by voice vote; the chair recorded, “Ayes have it.” The new form reflects amendments to Chapter 4, Article 2, Division 2, Sections 4-76 and 4-77 and will be used for future special-event permit applications.
