Council appoints Robert Watts to airport board and names Mike Brawley Ward 1 councilor

Former Councilor CB Abel explained he had moved outside his ward and recommended Brawley, a former police records supervisor. The roll-call votes for both appointments were recorded as unanimous "yes."
