City awards low bid for National Guard armory renovation as partners seek grants for childcare center

Hauck told the council the city will negotiate change orders to remove some items from the scope to reduce the price and that the project also has a $500,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) award earmarked for the daycare portion of the renovation.
