Commissioner Keller moved to bring the item back with clarified wording that reflects the advisory board recommendation and notes the previously approved $15,000, with the additional $5,000 request to be presented accurately. The motion to table and return with corrected language passed 4–1 (Commissioner Hockaday opposed).
