Senate hears testimony on S.32 to grant free fishing licenses to Vermonters with developmental disabilities

Raymond Babb and a companion, Linda Bushman, described how fishing is a central pastime for members of their community. Babb said the cost of licenses is a hardship: "Why I need a free... we don't make too much money," and described fishing outings he enjoys, naming lakes he likes and recounting catching large fish. Several committee members thanked Babb and expressed support for finding a way to expand access.
