Commission requests presentation and consultant reviews for Westchester University master plan

Planning commissioners flagged the Westchester University campus master plan as a major upcoming item and asked the university and its consultants to present materials and respond to borough technical reviews.

Commissioners said the draft master plan contains several campus changes that could affect borough streets and neighborhoods, including new dormitory buildings, changes to Church Street and South Campus circulation, and expanded campus uses that abut borough streets such as High and Rosedale.
