Facilities, procurement and contracts: the board authorized an allowance authorization of $61,000 for ventilation/exhaust work tied to William T. Rogers and Kings Park High School cafeteria air‑conditioning upgrades; accepted a proposal from H2M Architects and Engineers for stormwater pollution prevention plan and inspection services tied to a proposed new bus garage project; and accepted a multi‑year IT equipment purchase arrangement through Western Suffolk BOCES totaling $141,998 payable over three years. The board also accepted donations and authorized disposal of dated desktop equipment.
