"Today is the big day for us to adopt the mobility plan and conformity determination," said Mike Conger, the TPO project lead, summarizing the two‑year effort and the outreach behind it.
The plan, the TPO said, updates the region’s long-range planning framework that the TPO reviews every four years and includes a shorter main document with infographics plus a technical appendix of more than 400 pages.
