Vice Mayor Pontieri and Council Member Miller voted no; Mayor Norris, Council Member Gambaro and Council Member Sullivan voted yes.
The council and the search consultant, Doug Thomas, discussed start dates, compensation expectations and the candidates' experience with large capital programs.
