The Seven Hills City Council Planning, Zoning and Economic Development committee told members April 29 that two variances will be considered during the miscellaneous section of the full council meeting: an accessory-building variance for Mr. Sambor and a variance tied to the Rockside Road planned-unit development.
“ We don't have anything new in the folder for PZB and E tonight. We have 2 variances that we'll be voting on during the miscellaneous section at the end of the council meeting. 1 variance deals with a accessory building for Mr. Sambor, and the other variances deals with the Rockside Road, planned unit development,” Councilman Snitsky said when opening the committee.
No staff reports or ordinance language was presented in committee on April 29; committee members said they expect the variances to reach the council floor during the miscellaneous-vote portion of the meeting. The committee adjourned and will not vote on the variances until the full council considers them.
The variances could affect property development standards and conditions in the Rockside Road area and the specific property owned by Mr. Sambor; committee members did not discuss conditions or recommended motions on April 29.
