Board approves pay request and Clean Water Fund loan for wastewater treatment project

The Village of Jackson Board of Public Works on March 25 approved Pay Request No. 14 for the wastewater treatment plant tertiary filters and disinfection project and moved forward a Clean Water Fund loan for the same project.

The board approved a pay request to JH Hassinger for $224,165.80 and approved a Clean Water Fund loan request (No. 11) covering engineering and related costs of $234,824.81 for the 2024 Wastewater Treatment Plant project. Motion language on the pay request and loan was presented during the board meeting and adopted by voice vote.
