The county’s construction representative told the court the official first day of work on the project was Feb. 24, 2025, and that selective demolition, mechanical‑electrical‑plumbing removals and surface blasting are complete in many areas. “Our official first day of work on the project was 02/24/2025,” the presenter said. He said crews have cleaned concrete surfaces in preparation for fiber‑reinforced polymer (FRP) wrapping, and that the FRP subcontractor was scheduled to mobilize the following Monday.
