Both motions passed on recorded roll calls; the transcript records unanimous "yes" votes for the minutes approvals.
On the proposed schedule for regular board meetings in the coming school year, a board member suggested keeping meeting dates on Wednesdays and moving the December meeting one day later to avoid end-of-week scheduling conflicts around the holiday break. The board amended the draft schedule to reflect Dec. 17, 2025, as the December regular meeting and approved the amended schedule by motion and roll call.
