Chairman Fred Hill praised the record of submissions and moved to revise condition 10 to require at least three trash pickups per week, regular grease removal as needed for business operations, weekly recycling removal, morning‑hour collection, use of private contractors who will not impede traffic, and that trash be stored internally or in a fully covered outdoor enclosure kept closed and locked and cleaned at least weekly.
Vice Chair Carl Blake seconded; the board recorded the vote as 4 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. The modified condition becomes part of the order governing operation of the restaurant and its waste handling.
