The Green Bay Finance Committee unanimously approved a resolution to refund 2024 real estate taxes for Parcel 21-4988 (property owner: Beth Wilgus at 811 Amberley Trail). Committee members had no substantive questions on the tax refund request and the motion carried by voice vote.
Committee members also received an informational update on contingency funds. Director Ellenbecker reported the 2024 contingency account balance has been rolled into the city's general fund following completion of the audit; final audit numbers were not yet available. "Yes. That has. We've just completed our audit. I don't have the final numbers from our audit yet but that has now been rolled back in for a fund balance," Director Ellenbecker said.
Both items were handled without amendment and the committee adjourned after recording the next meeting date of May 13, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.
