Council Bill 2504-25, the first reading, would create a special improvements project titled “Later Phase Eclipse Mill Park” in Fund 308, Program 083, to accumulate construction costs of the Eclipse Mill Park project in the amount of $4,400,000. The council was told the third and final reading will be on May 14, 2025.
A second first reading, Council Bill 2504-426, would create a special improvements project titled “WPCF FEN meter replacement” in Fund 336, Program 48. That item was also scheduled for third and final reading on May 14, 2025.
There were no substantive questions from council on either ordinance during the first readings. No final votes or appropriations were adopted at the April 30 meeting; both items remain at the first‑reading stage ahead of the May 14 final readings.
