The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat for Arbor Ridge Section 11, authorizing 19 residential lots on about 6.58 acres located along Waldron Road.
Staff described the request as a final plat application for Section 11, adjacent to the previously developed Arbor Ridge subdivisions and near the access road that connects to the larger property discussed in the prior agenda item. The submission shows a new cul‑de‑sac named Cowslip Way; lots are arranged on either side of that street and include a common area with a detention pond of about 3.88 acres and stream buffer areas to the north and east. Staff said the lots meet zoning ordinance requirements and that sidewalks are shown along the lots.
An applicant representative confirmed on the record that all lots are valid in the subdivision. No staff comments remained outstanding. A commissioner moved to approve the final plat; the motion was seconded, the commission voted by voice and the motion passed.
The approval was limited to the final plat as shown; the decision does not itself substitute for building permits, infrastructure inspections or other required approvals.
