Commission authorizes president to sign master service and fleet agreements with Enterprise Fleet Management

The Monongalia County Commission on April 30 authorized the county president to sign a master equity lease agreement and associated documents with Enterprise Fleet Management in response to RFP number 2025MCC001.
County staff said the RFP was released in February, with pre-bid meetings and a March 19 response deadline. The county received one proposal from Enterprise Fleet Management, which staff determined to be technically responsive; subsequent cost evaluation found the pricing reasonable and comparable to the county’s current fleet-management costs.
The suite of documents approved for signature includes a master equity lease agreement for government entities, a maintenance-management and fleet-rental agreement, an EFM government credit application, an authorized signer agreement, a consignment auction agreement for sale of customer-owned vehicles, an assignment agreement to sell customer vehicles and a Sourcewell contract authorization letter. County staff said those final paperwork items, including a credit application, will be provided to the county president for signature.
A commissioner moved to authorize the president to sign the Enterprise Fleet Management documents; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
