School committee opens public comment on updated medication policy language to allow naloxone distribution with parent notification

No vote was taken; the committee approved posting the revised JLCD language for a 30‑day public comment period along with other policy drafts. The policy-subcommittee and district staff said they will accept feedback and return the item to the committee at a later meeting.
