John Edwards, principal with Edwards Development Company, said the project uses narrower lots with rear-load garages to increase density while preserving street aesthetics and shared open space. "This type of layout is...rear load, alley load, garages in the back," Edwards said, describing benefits including reduced street parking and improved front-street appearance.
