Planning commission approves replat of South Park Business Center Block B after owners raise private-drive, parking concerns

The Greenwood City Advisory Planning Commission voted 7-0 April 28 to approve the primary replat of Block B at South Park Business Center (PC 2025-021), a measure the city said will clean up repeated prior replats and create new Lots 8, 9 and 10.
The replat was presented by Donna Smithers of Northpointe Engineering and Survey, who told the commission the filing shows existing ownership and will be followed by a secondary plat creating the new lots. "We filed the position to replat Block B showing all the existing lots, all the ownerships," Smithers said. "We're coming in with a secondary plat, which will create now lots 8, 9, 10."
