The board first appointed board secretary Lisa Haas to preside during the election of district officers and temporarily suspended its operating rules for the purpose of conducting the election. The board then agreed to close nominations and cast a unanimous ballot for a four-person slate.
Under that unanimous ballot, the board kept Corey Nickram as president, elected Amy Reynolds as vice president, appointed Robin Sully treasurer and designated Matt Loop as clerk.
