Council voted unanimously on multiple items, including an amendment to subdivision lot-size rules meant to enable smaller lots for single-family housing, several rezoning requests to permit commercial and residential development, increases to park-fee dedication amounts for new subdivisions, and a new distance rule for mobile food vendors. The council also approved conditional-use permits for a Chipotle drive-through, a small event venue, and a renewal for an existing drive-through and on-site alcohol sales; approved several plats; authorized procurement of lawn-maintenance equipment; and approved a resolution to allow future reimbursement of pre-issuance expenditures from proposed debt proceeds.
