The council also approved conditional-use permits for a Chipotle drive-through, a small event venue, and a renewal for an existing drive-through and on-site alcohol sales; approved several plats; authorized procurement of lawn-maintenance equipment; and approved a resolution to allow future reimbursement of pre-issuance expenditures from proposed debt proceeds.
