Staff specifically called out the North‑South Corridor project and said they had not seen a delay in that program’s funding but could not confirm the construction schedule; one legislator’s newsletter cited a 2030 completion while others had earlier projections.
Staff also noted the Northeast Public Development Authority housing and childcare request received funding, but far less than requested (staff said the request was $3 million). Staff encouraged commissioners to review the full project list to identify local projects of interest and to follow up with staff for item‑level detail.
No formal board action was taken. Staff said more specificity on PFAS allowable uses and project requirements would be available at the department level and that they would coordinate with Ecology and local data sources to refine scopes and leverage additional funding opportunities.
