Public outreach included a posted sign and mailed neighborhood notices.
Action and next steps: The commission voted to approve the DRP subject to conditions in the staff report. The approval allows the applicant to proceed to final engineering and permit submittals, with standard conditions for site improvements, landscaping and access.
