The City of Buckeye Council on April 15 unanimously approved three separate but related actions to annex and rezone about 167.8 acres near Verrado Way and Yuma Road and to change the land-use designation for roughly 45.9 acres from “neighborhood” to “business commerce.”
Mandy Woods, principal planner in Development Services, told the council the combined approvals create a master-planned PAD for a mix of residential, multifamily, neighborhood commercial and business-park uses.
