Lake Havasu planners approve preliminary plats for storage and 10-unit townhome condominiums

The Lake Havasu Planning and Zoning Commission on Jan. 15 approved two preliminary condominium subdivision plats: a storage-condominium project on Cherry Tree Boulevard and a 10-unit townhome project on Palo Verde Boulevard South.
Staff recommended approval of both proposals after finding they met city code requirements. “Staff finds the proposed subdivision meets all the requirements set forth in Title 13,” Planning staff member Luke Morris told the commission as he presented both items.
