The Lake Havasu City Council on May 28 voted 6–0 to recommend that the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control approve a Series 12 restaurant liquor license for El Padrino Pizza and Pasta at 3269 Maricopa Avenue, Suite 110.
City staff (Ms. Williams) reported that all posting requirements had been met, fees paid and no objections were received, and that the location is properly zoned for the license. The council opened the public hearing and no members of the public addressed the item.
Vice Mayor Dave Lane moved the recommendation and Councilmember Koch seconded. The motion carried 6–0.
The recommendation will be transmitted to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for final action; council action on May 28 was limited to the local recommendation and zoning/fees confirmation.
