School committee approves updated job descriptions and district administrative reassignments effective July 1

The packet included revised descriptions for positions including a lead teacher in academics, a CTE administrative lead teacher, STEM administrator, freshman student life/strategic initiatives administrator, lead teacher academic, and lead teacher CVTE. Administration said it will meet with district leadership next month and issue appointment letters; the reassignments were described as effective July 1.
A committee member praised the staffing changes as an efficient use of the staffing pattern and as a final substantive step in a multi-year reorganization that consolidated to a single-principal model. The committee voted to approve the job-description updates on a voice vote with no recorded opposition.
