Deputy Mayor Neil Kirch made the motion to approve and Commissioner Joseph Scudo seconded. Assistant Deputy Mayor Jacqueline A. Guzman, Commissioner LaToya S. Clark and Mayor Michael J. Ryan all voted yes.
