- Referral (G1): Referred a staff request to Budget, Finance & Taxation to discuss public utility revenue bonds Series 2025A and 2025B; passed unanimously.
- Quasi-judicial approval (J1): Approved a three-lot preliminary plat for 82630 Second Avenue North with variances to lot width and depth; staff determined the subdivision conforms with the neighborhood pattern and recommended conditions; passed unanimously.
What this means: Collectively the votes advance a mix of transportation, land-use, housing, parks and sustainability projects.
