Commission Chair Dr. Sharla Edwards called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. and the commission voted to adopt the published agenda. Commissioner Pam Harvey made the motion to adopt the agenda, and Commissioner Patricia King seconded it; the commission responded by voice vote and the chair declared the agenda adopted as presented.

A separate motion to adopt the Nov. 4, 2024 minutes was made by Commissioner Patricia King and seconded by Commissioner Patty Small; that motion also passed by voice vote.
