The architect, Clark & Green Inc., and the contractor, Nina Construction Inc., had already signed the certificate when the board considered the motion. The resolution authorizes the interim executive director to take "all actions necessary and proper" to execute the certificate and close the phase of the project.
Commissioners noted that remaining punch-list items had been addressed or were being finalized. The motion was moved, seconded and passed by unanimous roll call.
