McAnally replied that no electrical would be installed and the structure would only house mowers and similar equipment. He also described the site context, including previously vacated rights-of-way and consolidated church-owned parcels.
The board voted to approve the variance. Roll-call votes recorded in the transcript include Tom Pohl, Erica Hooper, Delaine Dean, Chester Ayers and Mark Moody voting yes; the application was approved. Planning and building-department requirements for slab and building placement were noted and remain conditions of permit issuance.
