The court noted the closure would not block access to other property owners and that the road segment has been rarely maintained.
Commissioner McCam moved to set the hearing and Commissioner Stibbe seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The public hearing will allow affected property owners and other stakeholders to present objections or support before the court makes a final determination.
