The committee approved the minutes of its December meeting by consensus (thumbs-up) with no formal roll-call vote recorded.
Teresa (Tracy) Webb, parks and recreation director, explained the nomination process and called for nominations from the floor before the vote. Mikaela Halki nominated Kim Boucher; a second was recorded and the nomination carried without a formal ballot. “Congratulations, you're now the chairperson for 2025 of the Parks, Recreation & Harbor Advisory Committee,” Webb said after the outcome was announced. The committee then moved into staff updates and a review of the facilities master plan.
The committee set its next regular meeting for Feb. 13. At the end of the session a member moved to adjourn; a second was recorded and the meeting was closed.
