3) Proposal 311711 — purchase of fire-department PPE Motion: Approve proposal 311711 from Helen Curtis & Sons for purchase of new personal protective equipment (PPE) for the fire department in the amount of $176,342.50 (exclusive of New Mexico gross receipts taxes); funding to utilize grant funds and a cooperative contract as stated in the staff report. 4) Dispenser liquor license DIS00362 — Hotel Willa Taos (transfer/change of ownership and location) Motion: Approve transfer of ownership and change of location for dispenser liquor license DIS00362 with on-premise consumption for Taos Hotel Associates LLC (d/b/a Hotel Willa Taos) at 223 Paseo Del Pueblo Sur and 107 Los Pandos Road. Mover: Councilor Oswald Second: Mayor Pro Tem Fambro Vote: Motion carried; recorded affirmative votes from Council members present.
Other procedural votes included approval of the meeting agenda and a motion to enter and exit executive session. The attorney reported that no items beyond those listed for closed session were discussed and that no action was taken during executive session.
