At a regularly scheduled advisory-board meeting, the Municipal Service District (MSD) reviewed proposed FY26 revenues and expenditures, amended facade-grant capacity and approved several downtown streetscape purchases and budget directions.
Town staff financial presenter Randy Lanston walked the board through the proposed MSD budget. Lanston reported municipal service district tax receipts year-to-date of $44,377 and an estimated year-end MSD fund balance of about $231,584. He noted banner sales and small revenue lines; interest earnings were expected to be negligible.
