They testified there is property and a need for administration; Munoz and the other distributees requested independent administration and agreed Munoz should serve without bond.
The court discharged attorney Robert Franks from duties as attorney and awarded him a fee of $650. The court then appointed Munoz independent administrator and approved the findings of heirship.
