The commission previously reviewed and recommended the bylaws; the county's adoption by resolution is required for the rules to take effect.
A commissioner moved to approve the bylaws "as presented" and the board approved the motion by voice vote. County staff noted that future changes to the bylaws would require a two-thirds vote of the Parks Commission to be forwarded for board consideration.
