Later the board considered a prepared list of expenses greater than $1,000 and a supervisor said the list prevented a "paper chase" and made oversight easier. The board then voted to approve demands and handwritten warrants.
Both motions were approved by voice vote with the chair calling for the ayes and recording the motions as passed.
