Graham County accepts settlement offer from NatureSuite LLC to resolve tax disputes for recent years

During deliberations, board members described extended discussion of litigation risks and the potential costs of prevailing or losing in court. Vice Chairman David said accepting the offer "burk[ers] a peace and ... moving forward" was in the county’s best interest given litigation uncertainty. Chairman Mac said he voted in favor but characterized the vote as reluctant.
The board did not disclose the settlement amount or specific payment terms during the public session. All remarks and the final vote were reported by county staff after the executive session concluded.
