Erie 1 BOCES administrative budget The board adopted the Erie 1 Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) administrative budget for 2025'026 in the amount of $4,127,759 "as presented." (Motion: not specified in transcript; outcome: motion carries unanimously.)
Erie 1 BOCES trustee votes Board members cast the district's votes for Erie 1 BOCES trustee positions. The board recorded individual members' selections for three candidates and the motions carried unanimously.
NYSSBA Area 1 director nomination The board moved and carried (8-0-0) a motion to nominate David Lowery to serve as the Area 1 director for the New York State School Boards Association for a two-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2026.
Routine consent items Items 9 through 13 (minutes; personnel; business and finance; exceptional education; student activities; district facilities and support services) were approved by unanimous vote as presented.
Policy votes The board adopted the second reading and adoption of policies 33-11 and 58-40 as presented. The board tabled policy 12-10 for further review (see separate item). Several other policy first readings were recorded and scheduled for future action.
