Motion and vote: Commissioner Irvin moved to accept the broker's recommendations (Option 3 stop-loss, 12/18 transition, $35,000 ISL, 90% stop-loss rate, transplant coverage as presented). The motion was seconded by Wartman and passed on roll call with all commissioners voting yes.
Next steps: Human Resources and the broker will prepare employee materials showing the chosen plan design and any enrollment changes. Commissioners asked staff to provide worksheets so supervisors know which employees will be affected by plan choices.
