PPRC asked staff to consider reducing scope if the council preferred to hold to the $130,000 capital plan allocation; staff reported that removing the new pathway and some components would reduce cost but the committee recommended the current concept with a higher allocation. Council members said they supported the ADA upgrade and the Recreation Today concept but preferred a brighter color palette because darker surfaces retain more heat.
