The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Franklin unanimously approved a series of ordinances, resolutions and contracts at its April meeting, and heard proclamations and community recognitions.
On a 6-0 vote, the board approved Ordinance 2024-51 to rezone 20.15 acres north of Liberty Pike and east of Franklin Road (listed at 230 Franklin Road) to a planned unit development for the Factory at Franklin. The motion to approve was made by Alderman Brown and seconded by Alderman Peterson. Board members voting yes were Alderman Barnhill, Alderman Caesar, Alderman Peterson, Alderman Brown, Vice Mayor Potts and Alderman Baggett.
