County Administrator John Franek reported to the board on April 17 that, under Resolution 1 of 2025, the administrator executed 24 financial and administrative authorizations during the first quarter of 2025, with a combined total of $176,518.42.

Franek said the authorizations included 14 software or technology services or renewals totaling $143,351.42; three operational maintenance items costing $28,200; one capital expense of $3,867; one legal consulting item of $1,000; one security bond of $100; and four no-cost agreements. Franek also said the administrator executed a grant rollover action to carry forward approximately $155 in highway safety grant funds from 2024 to 2025.

Franek noted the board's prior passage of Resolution 1 of 2025, which authorizes the county administrator to execute financial documents not to exceed $32,500 if the expenditures are budgeted or previously approved in public session and to execute grant-related documents after initial board authorization.

Commissioners had no questions and acknowledged the report.
